When Tom came to apply for a position at the golf course with me back in the early 90's I was thinking this must be tough for this man to suddenly have to change jobs after all the years doing what he was doing. I tried to make it easy and enjoyable for him to transition, He made me the staff all comfortable because of he interacted with use so easy. Joking around back and forth made us bond a friendship very quickly. Everyone that worked with Tom loved it, He was truly the best man I ever worked with. our friendship grew to include our family's as we would have Tom and Marge to every event that we would have especially BBQ's. My Daughter Meghan thought that Tom and Marge was her Aunt and Uncle, they treated us so kind. We all loved Tom just like family and we will miss him more than words can say. I feel very privileged to work with him and have him as a friend. May he rest in peace, Love, Debbie, David and Meghan Richards
