I met Mr. Fisco, Mr. Shef, many years ago when I moved to Fords and joined the Keasbey Fire Company
I can say that to this day I have never met anyone quite like, Mr. Shef. There are not enough words to express my gratitude to this man. He was a man you would be proud to call your friend. He was a true friend and teacher to me.
I will miss him. Rest in Peace Shef. Jim
