Obituary of Ronald L. Wasko

Ronald L. Wasko, 83, of Fords, passed away Friday, December 31, 2021 at his home. Mr. Wasko was born in Perth Amboy to the late Peter G. and the Mary Salada Wasko and had lived all of his life in Fords. He was employed as a maintenance man with Moldieco Plastic Products Inc. in Keasbey before retiring in 2000. He was a member of Our Lady of Peace RC Church, Fords, and the Teamsters local 469 Hazlet NJ. He loved music, working on cars, and idolized Bruce Lee. Ronald was predeceased by a brother Peter Wasko and a sister Mary Oliver. He is survived by his five brothers, Dennis Wasko of Tomball, TX, Robert Wasko of Lakewood, CO, Michael Wasko of Old Bridge, NJ, Larry Wasko of Franklin Park, NJ and Edward Wasko of Toms River, NJ, his nine sisters, Barbara Povlick of Westminster, NJ, Kathy Wherle of Whitting, NJ, Eleanor Ihaz of Keasbey, NJ, Beverly Zuppa of South Amboy, NJ, Connie Antrex of NC, Theresa Lobb of FL, Judith Mecka of Hopelawn, NJ, Betty Irillo of Fords, NJ and Dorothy Yusko of Perth Amboy, NJ, also surviving is many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the memorial service which will be held Monday, January 10, 2022 from 9 am to 11 am at the Mitruska Funeral Home, 531 New Brunswick Ave. in Fords.
