Obituary of Ronald J. Vargo

Ronald J. Vargo, 78, of Edison, passed away Saturday, October 14, 2017 at the J.F.K. Medical Center in Edison. Mr. Vargo was born in Perth Amboy to the late John and Mary Molnar Vargo and had lived the last fifty two years in Edison. Ronald was a volunteer fireman with the Edison Fire Department for many years and an avid hunter and fisherman he also loved going to Englishtown. Mr. Vargo was predeceased by a granddaughter Mackenzie.

He was employed as a machinist with Anchor Glass in Cliffwood for thirty five years before retiring in 1995. He is survived by his three daughters: Janice Vargo of Brick, Robin Godfrey of Tuckerton, and Ruth Collins of Fords, three grandchildren, Joshua, Jimmy and Angela, two sisters: Joyce Horsch of Millstone, Shirley Virgili of Cranford and several nieces and nephews, and his beloved dog Rocky II. Funeral arrangements were private.
